To create an FTP account:

- log into your cPanel and go to the Files section

- Click on "FTP Accounts"

- Click "Add FTP Account"

- Fill in the desired username and password. You will need to enter the password in both password fields

- Fill in the desired directory for the FTP user. If this field is left blank, the user will have access to PUBLIC_HTML (your main web folder)

- Fill in your desired amount in the Quota field. This will be the total amount the user is allowed to store in their directory

- Click "Create"
